Oiling

We recommend food safe mineral oil and beeswax combination.

A helpful guide: For the first week, oil everyday. For the first seven weeks, oil every week. For the first seven months, oil every month. Thereafter every 6 months or when the board looks dry.  Be sure to oil all 6 sides.

An hour after oiling, buff off any oil residue.

Cleaning

Never place in dishwasher nor soak in water.

Wash with soap and water and dry.  Store vertically.
